Candace Brooke Photography Policies

Payments

• A non-refundable retainer in the amount of 50% session fee is due at the time of booking.
• The remaining balance is due on the session date. If unpaid, Candace Brooke Photography will hold sneak peeks and session images until paid.
• Candace Brooke Photography accepts cash or checks.

Rescheduling/Cancellation

• Candace Brooke Photography reserves the right to reschedule sessions at any time. No free product or refund will be offered. While every effort is made to not reschedule, illness, weather, or family issues may come into play. If a session cannot be rescheduled due to photographer cancellation, we will refund your paid session fee.
• Clients reserve the right to reschedule any session with one week PRIOR notice to the photographer, at no additional fee.
• If you prefer to cancel your session, instead of rescheduling at least one week prior, you may pay a cancellation fee of $50.
• Rescheduling or canceling of your session’s date within 48 hours may incur additional fees, and you will not receive a refund.

General

• Session times are as discussed and within 10 -20 miles of Dublin, GA. Unless otherwise specified in your contract, all other locations will incur a $50 base travel fee depending on the location.
• Time limits are guidelines only. They may be shorter or longer dependent on the photographer’s discretion. No make-up time or refund will be given if all time is not used. No additional fees will be charged should extra time be used due to the photographer’s choice. The additional time requested by the client will be $100 every 30 minutes
• Galleries will be available 3-4 weeks after the session date and wedding galleries will be available 6-8 weeks after the wedding date, At times delivery times may be longer. No free products or refunds will be issued for these delays.
• Once a photography session has been performed, your session fee is non-refundable, as it covers the time and skills invested by Candace Brooke Photography up to and through that point.

Privacy

• At Candace Brooke Photography we will always respect your privacy. Even though the copyright and ownership of images belong to the photographer taking them, should you not wish for your images to appear online (via website gallery or social media shares) simply let me know. I will do my very best to ensure your experience is as incredible as possible.
